Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Book?

To book, submit an inquiry by filling out the contact form. From there, I will send you an email and a quote for the total cost of the makeup services! If you accept the quote it will be turned into an invoice! We will then discuss times and dates! A 50% retainer is due to hold your date, the rest is due 7 days prior to your event date.

What is a Bridal Trail/ Consult?

The Bridal Trial is where we will discuss and sample out the makeup style you've chosen and tweak it to fit you and make any changes if necessary. We will discuss skin prep and timelines! With trials, it will also allow you to wear the makeup for the day and see how it feels and holds up in preparation for your wedding day. Then come day of your wedding, we would have the look nailed down already and everything will be a breeze! It is not required, but highly encouraged!

How long does the makeup application process take?

When booking your special occasion makeup appointment, please allow for one hour and 15 minutes. If you are booking a bridal makeup trial, please allow 2 hours time. If you are bride, please allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for yourself and one hour per member of the bridal party on the wedding day.

I have a Bridal Party of 5+ People! Can you do it all?

For Bridal Parties of 5 or more I hire an additional artist! If a second makeup artist is requested or required, a $100 fee will apply to the bridal client's total cost of services. This charge will be added to your quote! Any makeup artist I hire will have a similar style to my own, and their speed can vary from 30 minutes per makeup application to an hour. Don't worry! I will always do the brides makeup!

An automatic 18% gratuity is added when a party is of 5 or more.

At the moment, I only provide straightening, waves or curl services! No updos. However, I can always recommend a great hair stylist if needing one!

Do you do hair? If not, do you work with a hair stylist?

Yes! I include lashes in all of my packages! In my opinion, false eyelashes complete a full makeup look. It is the finishing touch that adds that extra glam and sparkle to any look whether it be natural or dramatic. If you wear lash extensions, you may opt out of having additional false lashes applied.

Do you include lashes?

Yes! I do travel to your venue or any other getting ready location. Travel Fee will vary based on location!

Do you travel to my venue? If so how much is the travel fee?

There are certain circumstances where extra fees can be charged

If Artist is to tweeze eyebrows or clean face due to makeup being applied by someone other than Artist on session day - $10

Early Morning Fee (Before 8AM) - $ 25/HR

Late Fee - $20/ Per every 10 minutes

Last Minute Location Change -$25

Additional Artist Fee - $100

Holiday Charge - $100

Travel Fee - Varies

Are there any extra fees I should be aware of?

Do you travel out of state or out of country?

Yes I do! All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes.

When Should I book a Makeup Artist?

I would recommend to book your makeup artist as soon as you get engaged! Or as soon as possible. Wedding planning can sometimes be a nightmare. Getting makeup (and hair) services seems to be the cheapest and easiest part of planning a wedding, I'd recommend to get that out of the way, and hopefully that will ease some stress.

What forms of payment do you take?

I take Cash, Check, Cash App or Zelle! No credit cards!

How do I prepare for my makeup application?

One week prior to your makeup appointment, make sure that you are consistent with your skincare regimen by cleansing and moisturizing, day and night. Drink plenty of water. Use a gentle exfoliator on your skin twice a week. Clean up your brow shape by either tweezing, waxing or threading and ensure no makeup is applied by anyone other than the artist before the session.

Yes! Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, it must be paid by client and or bride. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event.

Do I have to Pay for Parking Fees?

Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. No exceptions.  Upon payment of the cancellation fee if any, Client will have no further liability to Artist hereunder.

Help! I want to cancel the makeup services, do I get a refund?

f you feel that my service is stellar, by all means! In the case that a second makeup artist is required for hire in order to complete wedding day services on-schedule, an industry standard of 18% gratuity will be added to all on-location services.

Should I tip?

No, I only provide full face makeup, not partial!

Can I Book "Just Eyes"?

Are you LGBTQ+ Friendly?

Absolutely! Trans safe space as well! Everyone is welcomed in my studio!
